Refund Policy

We want GitRoots to feel like a confident yes. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request them.

Free trials No charge Trials are always free. You will not be billed during a trial period.
Monthly plans Prorated Eligible for refunds within 7 days of first charge.
Annual plans Case by case We evaluate refund requests within 14 days of purchase.
Usage overages Not refundable Overage charges are based on confirmed usage.

Eligibility

Refund window Requests must be submitted within 7 days (monthly) or 14 days (annual) of the first paid invoice.
Account standing Accounts suspended for policy violations are not eligible for refunds.
Service usage If GitRoots has already synchronized or provisioned production mappings, we may issue a partial refund based on time remaining.
One-time requests Custom services, onboarding, or setup fees are non-refundable unless required by law.

How to request a refund

1) Contact support Support team Send your request with the org name, invoice number, and reason for the refund.
2) Review 2-3 business days We review usage and account status to confirm eligibility.
3) Decision Email confirmation If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Additional notes

Refund timing Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
Taxes & fees Any taxes collected will be refunded when required by local laws.
Changes to this policy We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.
